ingredients for a marathon run (in clockwise direction):
1 marathon book - to know where u r running
1 chicken rice - I gulped down the other pack before this pic
1 championchip - to get your electronic race time!
3 powergels and 3 powerbars - qiumei contributed the choc flavour!
1 berocca tablet - sorry, this came free, so i just drink it
