Thank you my SMP friends for celebrating my birthday yesterday! We were at Swensen's in Holland V and they just had to re-live my nightmare for Medcine DnD by asking me to put on the elf's hat with elf's ears. ok, i was game for it and luckily it did not escalate to anything bigger than that. it's always great hanging out with these chaps because they make me laugh and always give me different perspectives of students from outside medicine, which is sometimes a refreshing change. after, we head off to TCC to chill out with some freezy coffee and tea. it's so great to just laze, laze and continue lazing on the big comfy sofas!

8 more hrs before what i call the 'race of 2005'! yeah, it's the standard chartered singapore marathon 2005. i was so excited about the race that i went down to suntec again this afternoon to get 2 more powergels and 3 powerbars as breakfast tmr. can't help it lah, it look so tempting and it was on offer only for this marathon. so after a 'shopping fiesta' @ suntec, i went home to chill out with the last 4 episodes of 'friends' season 2 with 2 packs of super yummy chicken rice. gosh it was so filling but so so, er, yummy? haha... so with a little more rub with the tiger muscle rub, which i just bought too for my legs that went sore after karate training, i shall head off for bed now...

It's gonna be a long long day tmr... ...
